Curried Tuna Salad
Source: The America's Test Kitchen Quick Family Cookbook
Makes about 4 cups
5 (5-oz) cans tuna, flaked
1 c mayonnaise
2 celery ribs, minced
1 c red grapes, quartered
1/4 c minced fresh cilantro
3 T lemon juice
4 teas curry powder
1/2 teas Dijon mustard
Mix together in bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
